Order Processing Times

• After an DTF order is placed, we typically take 1 business days to process it and get it ready for shipment. 
• Orders placed before 1PM are processed same-day and dispatched same day, depending on order quantity and printing time it takes to process the order.
• Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.
• Orders received after 1PM will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping 

Domestic Shipping:

• We offer shipping within the United Kingdom with DPD Services that are:

24-Hour Tracked Service

This service aims to deliver parcels within 24 hours, but it does not guarantee next-day delivery. On most occasions (9 out of 10 times), parcels are delivered within 24 hours. However, delays can occur.

Pre 12 DPD Delivery

This service is for delivery by 12 PM the next day.

Saturday and Sunday Delivery

This service is for delivery by 8PM the next day on Saturday or Sunday when selected at check out for the given day. 

Collection

Collection at store is available from the next day 9AM to 5PM after "Ready To Collect" email has been recieved by the customer.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, shipping method, and destination.
• Customers can view the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing their purchase.

Lost/Damaged Shipments

• In the rare event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
